Today is Sunday. I am sitting her in the makeshift office that, after many moves throughout the house, is now relegated to the storage room. As our family expanded during the past eight (8) years Dad's personal space has shrunk smaller and smaller. Don't get me wrong. I don't regret having a small space to my own. As a matter of fact, with the noises on the other side of this office threshold of kids yelling, hitting things, and the sounds of life here... my time alone is precious no matter where or when it occurs.
No matter what, family comes first. This blog is a small attempt to shout into the emptiness of cyberspace the ups and downs of being a married, thirty-something, father of three in the 21st century. And with that said, I wish myself luck.
If you find yourself, or know of someone else, in a similar arrangement... I wish you all luck too.
